Sam was extremely nice. He and his son showed up within the time frame they promised. They were in and out in 15 minutes. I bought a coupon for $39 dollars to clean 3 rooms but really only needed 1 room because it was in REALLY bad shape from dog stains. When he saw the one room, he suggested we have it deep cleaned for $20 extra. I told him I just wanted what I payed for, but he deep-cleaned it anyway and just left the other two rooms alone and didn't charge any extra. The results were AMAZING and he was very cool about it. I was extremely impressed with his service, and I recommended him to my in-laws. Will use again!

I first met Sam at Affordable Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning when I called him for flood damage restoration after our dishwasher flooded. Sam fit us into his busy schedule just an hour later, assessed the damage, got the water extraction and drying process going and was completely attentive to all of the details, way before we could get our insurance company's attention. His care (and the care of the other workers at Affordable) of the tile hard floor cleaning of our kitchen and steam cleaning of our carpets and rugs in our adjoining living room was apparent. They really love what they do and take pride in it. Sam's referrals on related services were also top notch. Since that first time we call them for all of our residential carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Oh and air duct cleaning too. They provide great tips and instructions for in between cleaning care and we always try to follow their advice. Our carpets and sofas look better than ever. It is an honor to write this review.
You never want to have to call for flood damage restoration but after my water heater broke and water flooded into my master bedroom carpet and rugs, we called Affordable Carpet and Upholstery cleaning company and they saved the day! They were referred to us by my brother who uses them for commercial carpet and tile cleaning and power washing and raves about what a fantastic job they routinely do at his office, particularly with spot and stain removal. Anyway, I want to compliment their office staff on their outstanding customer service and their professional residential carpet cleaners for promptly arriving at my house in just one hour for the water extraction and then doing a deep steam clean and carpet deodorization which actually removed months of built up pet odor removal as well. Their area rug cleaning service is amazing, my bedroom rugs look brand new! Now I would highly recommend Affordable Carpet as well!
Before I called Affordable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, my carpets and area rugs were in really bad shape with lots of animal urine stains and smells. I knew if I couldn't get the stain and pet odor removal done properly, my only option was to throw them away and buy new carpeting and rugs (which I really couldn't afford)! But Affordable did an amazing job. They offered a carpet deodorizing service and deep carpet steam cleaning that not only got rid of the stank and spots but made my carpet soft to walk on too. And their air duct cleaning made the air a lot easier to breathe too. Since then, I've called them out to my home 2-3 times a year for about the last three years and to my office for commercial carpet and hard floor cleaning a little more regularly (their tile cleaning service is really worth the money). The technicians are trustworthy and helpful and we've always had a great experience. They always keep their word and don't do sneaky add on pricing like other carpet cleaning companies. Plus they can do carpet repair and stretching. Other cleaners usually have to farm these services out. I would give you 6 stars if I could!!!
Affordable Carpet & Upholstery cleaning are my go to company for all my home carpet and furniture cleaning and pressure washing needs. They have great pricing and always do an amazing job on carpet stain removal and persian rug cleaning too. We have an 18 month old daughter who just wrecks our carpets and rugs on a regular basis! Affordable does my scheduled carpet steam cleaning and their tile and grout cleaning gets out all those stubborn dirty stains in my grout lines. I can't imagine ever calling any other carpet cleaning companies as I've been so spoiled now. Affordable honors their price and never has any hidden costs. I once called them for carpet stretching and they got out all the annoying wrinkles and bumps that were hard to vacuum around. With a new baby in the home we wanted to get our carpet and upholstery cleaned and sanitized. They did an amazing job, got rid a bunch of stains I didn`t think would come out. They were very professional and thorough. I am highly pleased with the results.
Affordable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners are just excellent and my Mom loves them! They do all of our scheduled professional home carpet, rug and sofa cleaning and we have called them for a couple of random emergencies too like flood damage restoration and move out cleaning! They did an amazing job at my brothers rental house recently - the carpet cleaners got him back his deposit with a note from the rental company that they house was in immaculate condition! Believe me, that carpet was filthy with beer spills and mud stains before Affordable performed a miracle! They have cleaned all of the different houses that my family has lived in around the Houston and Richmond area and only one time had to come back out for lingering spots which they got the second time. We have always had a dog or two at a time with the accompanying dirt, urine, poop and vomit and we have always been impressed. They pre-treat pet stains and odors and then carpet deodorize them to remove pet odors and stains. They have done carpet repairs for us too which is needed when you try to lock a puppy in your bedroom and it scratches the carpet wanting to come out. We have already recommend this carpet cleaning company to my Dad's boss for the power washing and air duct cleaning at his office! His boss already has a company he uses for the tile and grout cleaning but we wouldn't be surprised if he switches after trying out these guys!
